Running a special…

Booking shoots between August 11th and September 30th.  There are 2 options available and deposit is required to book session.

 

Option 1: $50 for 90 minutes of shooting.  2 images retouched of your choice and a total of 40 images provided from images captured during session.  This session is exclusively in studio.  Any wardrobe option is provided and available during your 90 minutes of shooting so wardrobe changes are permitted.

 

Option 2: $125 for 120 minutes of shooting.  5 images of your choice retouched and a total of 100 images provided from session.  The session includes up to 2 people to shoot but the amount of images selected for retouching remains 5 and the available images will typically be split but not guaranteed.  Wardrobe changes are allowed during the session and as many changes as desired is permitted along with images captured.

 

No prints will be provided as part of the session but high quality images will be provided for the retouched images which include a print release for the retouched images.  The additional images will be provided in web formatted images.  If additional retouching is desired for images this can be purchased with an additional cost.

June 4, 2011 Get Together

I am hosting a get together at my studio June 4th @ 10am to 1pm.

Will provide water and soda to those that attend.  I am looking for a model to attend for the gathering.  This is a Open House and not intended to be a photo session.  I will show off lighting technique’s along with having a Q&A session.  We will talk shop.  Once done we can go have lunch or even do some shooting.

Happy March…

March is upon us. I am currently working on updates to my gallery and website. I am currently exploring a complete website redesign and layout. I currently use WordPress for this website and Joomla for my portrait website. Both of them are ok BUT lack what I want.

I met recently someone that can build the functionality that I need.  I require a user management system for my community.  I need a easy way to create accounts using social sites like twitter & facebook.  I need a way to display my work to the public and specific groups such as group 1, group 2 and group 3 along with the power to enable group 2 to see one set of images and another set of image can be seen by group 2 and group 3.

I want to be able to combine my sites and endeavors into one that I have control over.  One for my portrait work, studio rental, photography lessons/training and model work just to name a few.

So stay tuned… plus I am still shooting!

February 5th Free Shoot

Is still on..  The door opens at 10am and the action starts shortly after.  This is an open shoot so all models, photographers, Make-Up Artist, Stylist, Hair, Designers and others are welcome.  Just show up between 10am and 2pm and use my studio to capture images.  No cost.

Now with that being said this is a NETWORKING event so bring your contact info to pass out and be prepared to work with others.  I am not accepting those that come with “Exclusivity” written on them.  This is for fun and “Pre-Valentine” love so be prepared to show your Sexy & Classy side.

Rules:
Be prepared to provide 2 images of each model/look to all that participated in it.  I will be gathering information of those that create the looks and capture the looks and look to receive copies of images to provide to all that participated in that look.

Website Update

I just updated my website with an “Exclusive” section where I will post pictures that are exclusive to my fans.  Please visit my website at https://www.westout.com and register your account.  You can use Facebook Connect and Google Friend Connect to create your account and remain logged in without having to remember another username / password.  It takes just a few minutes and is well worth it.

I have a ton of new work I am almost complete with and will be presenting here first as an exclusive.
